Eugene Kouumdjieff is the founder and CEO of EK Ventures, with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and strategist in the technology sector.

As co-founder of the award-winning venture lab E-man in 2000, he has been at the forefront of driving technological solutions for large corporate brands such as Disney, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, Martell, Mastercard, and the NHS, in addition to notable startups like Zoomdoc, Construo, JustPark, and Wonga.Eugene’s achievements include winning the SMART Innovation Award and leading the creation of Zoomdoc, the UK’s leading same-day medical letters and doctor-on-demand platform.

He also drove the success of Snatch, an AR-based treasure hunt game that reached #1 on the Apple App Store gaming charts within weeks of launch.Recognised as one of London’s 15 Most Impressive Founders in the Incubators Space by Best Startup UK in 2022, based on exceptional performance in innovation, growth, management, and societal impact, Eugene's visionary approach and innovative leadership solidify his status as a key figure in the tech world, continuously driving innovation in the era of AI. 

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics from Sofia University of National and World Economy.
